Three men have been arrested after a 26 year old man was assaulted in Maidstone town centre.

He was found unconscious and with serious head injuries on Mote road, not far from The Cricketers pub last night.
Paramedics took him to Maidstone hospital, but he was later transferred to King's Colllege Hospital in London where he has undergone surgery. He is now in a critical condition.
