The two are set to divorce after almost 17 years of marriage, a rep for the 42-year-old Scottish-American actor says. Kevin, who plays Owen Hunt on Grey's Anatomy, and Jane share two children, son Joseph, 16, and daughter Iona, 14.
"Kevin and Jane have jointly decided to end their marriage," the actor's rep said in a statement to E! News Saturday, speaking on behalf of the couple.
