RULES
1. The following rules (“Specific Rules”) together with the general competition terms and conditions (which can be found at http://www.heart.co.uk/terms-conditions/competition/)(the “ Competition Terms and Conditions”) of Global (as defined in the Competition Terms and Conditions apply to ‘COOK Clifton & Wells’ radio competition (the “Competition") which will run on Friday 29th April 2016 on Heart Bristol, Bath & Somerset. (the “Radio Station”).
2. Anyone who enters the Competition (an “Entrant”) will be deemed to have read and accepted the Specific Rules and the Competition Terms and Conditions and will be bound by them.
Details of the Competition:
3. To enter the Competition an Entrant must send a text message with the word “COOK” to 82122 (the “Text Message Line”). Text messages will be charged at standard network rates. The opening and closing times of the Text Message Line will be given out on air.
4. All Entrants selected to play will be required to talk to the presenters and a call will be recorded with the presenter/s and played on-air. If the caller doesn’t answer their phone, is driving at the time of the call and is unable to pull over, or cannot continue the call for any reason, the call may be terminated and another Entrant selected at random.
5. Out of all entrants who text in, one will be chosen at random as the winner.
6. The winner will be notified within 28 days.
Eligibility:
7. Entrants must be 18 years or older.
8. Entry is restricted to one entry per person; duplicate entries will be excluded from the Competition.
Prize:
9. One winner will receive a weeks worth of meals from Cook Clifton or Wells. Total value for the week is up to £250. The team will discuss directly with the winner as to what suits them.

Cook Terms & Conditions:
10. The vouchers can only be redeemed in-store in COOK Clifton or COOK Wells.
11. The voucher must be presented to a member of staff and cannot be exchanged for cash.
12. The voucher cannot be used in any other COOK shops or independent outlets selling COOK products.
13. Photocopies of the original voucher are not accepted.
14. Voucher is not valid for Click & Collect or Home Delivery orders placed at cookfood.net and fulfilled by COOK Clifton or COOK Wells.
15. The voucher cannot be used to purchase COOK gift vouchers.
16. Any return of products will be for the price actually paid. No price adjustments or partial reimbursements on previous purchases and change cannot be given for partial use of the voucher.
17. Global reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize at its absolute discretion.
